1. Order Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be extended slightly.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will automatically receive a tracking number via email.

2. Worldwide Express Shipping

We offer DHL Express Global Shipping for all international orders.

  • Complimentary shipping is available for all orders over $100 / €100.

  • Delivery times are typically 3–7 business days, depending on destination.

  • Local delivery times may vary based on customs clearance and regional courier operations.

3. Special Delivery Notice for Russia

Due to ongoing customs and regulatory requirements, we are currently only able to ship orders to the Russian Federation when the consignee is a registered business entity (company name and full commercial address).

We are not able to deliver orders to private residential addresses or individual consignees. Orders placed with a personal name and/or residential address may be cancelled or subject to additional review.

Please also note that deliveries to Russia may require up to 15 business days due to local customs processes and controls.

Customers in Russia are kindly advised to provide full company details (legal entity name, tax number if applicable, and complete commercial address) at checkout to avoid delays or returns.

4. Shipping Address Responsibility

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.
LOVEKINI is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional fees resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

5. Customs, Duties & Local Taxes

Customs fees, import duties, VAT, or local taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges:

  • Are not included in LOVEKINI product prices

  • Are not determined by LOVEKINI

  • Are collected directly by the destination country’s customs authority

Any customs charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Customs Clearance Delays

Customs procedures vary by country and can change periodically.
LOVEKINI has no control over customs inspections, processing times, or additional charges and cannot expedite clearance.

7. Undeliverable or Refused Shipments

If a package is refused by the customer or cannot be delivered due to customs restrictions or inaccurate address information:

  • Return shipping, customs fees, and handling charges (if applicable) will be deducted from any refund.

  • Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.

8. Hygienic Products Policy (Swimwear & Bikinis)

For hygiene and safety reasons, swimsuits and bikinis are classified as non-returnable items.

Therefore:

  • Returns and refunds are not accepted for swimwear products

  • Exchanges are not accepted unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered

  • This policy complies with international health and hygiene regulations

9. Sample Sale Policy

Products purchased under our Sample Sale category are final sale and:

  • Cannot be returned

  • Cannot be exchanged

  • Cannot be refunded

Please review product details carefully before placing your order.

10. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos showing the issue

  • Our team will assist you with a replacement or appropriate solution

This process ensures quick resolution and proper quality control.

13. Special Notice for Israel

Due to the ongoing conflict and current transportation restrictions between Türkiye and Israel, we are unable to ship any orders directly to Israel at this time.

Shipments addressed to Israel cannot be processed or dispatched, and orders placed with an Israeli delivery address will unfortunately be cancelled.

If you wish to proceed with your purchase, please provide an alternative international shipping address in a country where delivery is currently available.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding during this period of regional restrictions.
